Reservations are on a "first-come, first-serve" basis.

We cannot "hold" dates and reserve vendors before we accept a reservation payment.

Your contract lists everything you ordered, payment due dates, event schedule, and locations.

Please check your contract for correctness. If the you want to make changes or corrections to the draft contract, just let us know.

Please make your payments in the amounts listed on your contract and do not make-up your own amounts. We will not be able to accept them.

Note: This contract will not include your credit card transaction fees as they are undetermined until, a transaction is processed. These amounts will be included with your "Final Service Invoice" sent after the ceremony and must be paid before any photos ate transferred and released.

After You Reserve

Once we receive your reservation payment, we'll reconfirm the availability of vendors and book them for your event. If there's a problem, we’ll let you know.

When we confirm, we'll email a Final Contract indicating your payment.

Disregard all previous draft contracts to avoid confusion.

Please keep track of payment due dates and note all future payments on your final contract. We do not send additional contracts with each new payment.

During the week before the start of the month of your event, we'll email your officiates name, location directions, and some tips.

When you arrive in Hawaii, you can call us but, it's not a requirement.

Relax! You're all se to go. All you have to do is be there on wedding day!
