"You will not find better professional photography or better prices for your Hawaii beach wedding!"

About Package Photography

You see all kinds of explanations about photos on websites and it can get pretty complicated. If you like it simple, we like it simple.

- What you see, is what we do, and what you get. If you want something different, it's not us you're looking for.

- You get is what's listed in the package. If you want more coverage or photos it's easy, see our Prices & Planning Order Form.

- All of our packages include the same photo coverage. Why? No matter the package size, it's costed out the same. Plus, if we don't take the photos, how can we get you to spend more? LOL.

- Our packages list, up to 80-100 shot for selection but, we shoot what we need to shoot and most times it's far more. We'll just say that, whatever the amount, it's usually far more variety than people expect.

- Packages include Hi-Res Full Size JPEG photo files which allow for all print sizes from 4x6 to 8x10 and all the way up to 40x60 inches or larger.

- Select photos using your personal WebPhotoGallery you can share for up to 30 days.

- After you make your selections, you get your photos by electronic download to your computer using a download link we send you or you can order a DVD disk additionally.

Get What You Pay For

We get it, people want to spend as little as possible. It's expensive enough coming to Hawaii right?

We keep our prices down but, do you really want to really "cheap-out" on your photos?

Some think it's smart to pay less or to get more, like they're buying chocolates. Lucky for us, there's enough people who know otherwise.

We're not saying throwing money around will guaranty that you'll get better quality photos either.

What we are saying is that if you go "cheap for more" you're gonna get what you pay for and if you pay more, hopefully what you pay for is what you'll actually get. We give you what you see and what you're paying for.

FYI: If you don't care that much about photos, that's OK. You got $95 minister guys who'll use your camera and take shots for $50 and websites who will give you all the photos right after the ceremony on a USB.

"The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low cost is forgotten".

Look At Our Photos

Notice that our image quality is consistent from shot to shot and wedding to wedding. We don't just get a nice shot every now and then to post on our website. We do it all the time and for every wedding.

See that for sunny days, the colors of the ocean, greenery, mountains, and sunsets are vibrant, and on overcast days, it's a nice subtle pastel look. That images are sharp, composition and framing is correct with subjects where they should be, and horizons are horizontal.

Our camera lighting creates sparkling eyes and radiant skin for all skin tones, dark or light. No dead eyes, dark eye pockets, lifeless chalky skin, or unflattering facial shadows. People simply look good.

Our ceremony set-up is natural and relaxed, and shows "you" from the best views and angles, not the minister's face straight on in every shot LOL.

As important, if not the most important, notice that our couples and their families actually look happy and like they're having fun. That doesn't just happen, our professional photographers make that happen!

What We Do

If you want a slow moving and peaceful session that requires your guests to stand around and wait for an hour or more or one that requires hundreds of photos just to get a few good ones, that's not us :)

Our style is more like a fashion photo shoot adapted to weddings. We pose you quickly and naturally so you look your absolute best and allowing you to be beautifully "candid".

We continually move from set-up to set-up, pose to pose, always giving you verbal instruction so you look your best in body and expression. We don't do boring :)

We shoot your wedding in a specific sequence creating a storytelling progression of the event. This not only allows us to shoot a lot of photos in less time and at a comfortable and enjoyable pace but, it also makes for a logical visual presentation for your WebPhotoGallery and selection.

We know exactly what to shoot and how to shoot it, efficiently and quickly, but without ever rushing. We take pride in the fact that, we accomplish what others take forever to do.

FYI: Simply, you don't need an hour for photos and you're not getting a better deal. Extra time does not mean better photography.

What Happens on Wedding Day

The photo coverage starts at the ceremony site at the start of the ceremony though, sometimes we may do your portrait session first, if you're early.

For the ceremony, we like to set you up standing in place in a comfortable position which allows for the most flattering angles and in relation to the background scenery and lighting conditions. You can also choose to have a processional.

We like to set you up so, we actually see "your" faces versus having you stand facing each other with the officiate in the middle like what everyone else does. Do you really want to be in profile for the whole ceremony with the officiate in the middle? That what most websites do. All you see the officiates face in all photos.

During the ceremony we shoot pretty much everything that happens i.e. vows, exchange of rings, lei presentation, the 1st kiss, any other added ceremony elements, and finishing with the signing of the marriage certificate.

After the ceremony, we'll perform your wedding portrait photography session as provided for in your selected package coverage. If we are providing a cake cutting and toast from us, we'll get shots of that as well.

What Happens After The Wedding

We take what we shot and manually "process" each individual RAW image file for the best quality color balance, tone, contrast, exposure, and make corrections and add special enhancements where appropriate. We actually do this twice!

Each wedding takes about 1-2 hours to process the images and upload them to your personal WebPhotoGallery.

Why do we do that extra work versus doing it the easy way by just giving you JPEG's processed "in-camera"? Simply because, we want our photography to be the best it can be.

We process images as soon as we can and usually within several days but, this dependant upon how busy we are. Our stated time is between 3-10 days. If you absolutely need your photos fast, order our RUSH service.

After processing, we'll make you a personal WebPhotoGallery website of all your photo image files and email you the link with instructions and how to make your selections.

Use your WebPhotoGallery to make selections and to share your photos with your family and friends. The gallery website will be available for 30 days.

Make your selections and email them to us. If you choose an option which provides for all the photos, you do not need to make any selections.

Upon our receiving your selections, we'll email you a Final Service Invoice for your credit card transaction fees and any other new or unpaid services, products, and upgrades you may have ordered.

Upon receipt of payment, we'll email you a link to allow you to electronically download your photos from our website transfer service to your computer. Files will be available for download for 14 days.

If you have chosen to receive your photo files on a DVD disk, we'll mail your product to the address on your contract and at the soonest opportunity.

Simple and easy!

Here's what some of our clients have said.

Hawaii Wedding and Hawaiian Wedding

The photos are beautiful! Charlie the photographer was terrific and he did a great job making everyone comfortable. Your service, website, patience and help was greatly appreciated. We will definitely recommend you. Thank you. Rika.

Jay and I will be sending you a more detailed hand-written thank you note, but we wanted to send you a quick email thanking you and you staff for the beautiful photos and video! We are SO SO PLEASED. Mahalo!!! Tracy

My wife did all the planning so I asked about the photos. She said we booked you because anyone can take photos in perfect sunny conditions (not really... not like ours :) but, look at the photos they have, it's cloudy and you can't even tell and they still look great and better than all the other Hawaii wedding websites. Now I know what she was talking about. Great job! - John.

The morning of the wedding saw my wife and daughter fretting over the dress and the hair appointment to ensure they had "beach do's" ready to handle the occasional sea breezes. Meanwhile, the Groom and I hiked Diamond Head crater and spent some great bonding time together. When we returned, the ladies were still getting their hair done so we gentlemen hit the pool for awhile.

A couple hours before limo time, we enjoyed taking a few family pictures together around our hotel. Right at 3:00 P.M. the limo arrived and we were off on a short ride to Makapu'u' beach where the setting was extraordinary. My friends and coworkers cannot believe the photos you shot are real. "These have to be Photoshop-ed, it is so beautiful!" one said. After a short but very sentimental and memorable ceremony, we were off to another beach for sunset shots which turned out awesome. Then it was back to the hotel for the big dinner. All told, we were gone for maybe two and a half hours but what memories we now have. Grandpa, the former Navy photographer, would approve of your photo work if he was here to see it. It was spectacular and the digital nature of the prints afforded so much more flexibility for sharing this occasion with others.

Weddings are really about memories. And, thanks to your incomparable photography, we have lasting memories we will cherish forever. The one thing I don't have is memories of stress or the inevitable hassles associated with the usual wedding problems. The whole event went like clockwork and the smile on the face of the bride shows. That alone was worth the price of admission. And to think we actually thought about having this wedding at home.

With only one child we hoped our first wedding would go well. We could not have dreamed that it would have gone as well as it did. Thank you, thank you and thank you again. Aloha, Ray Stark.

I want to express Alice's and my appreciation for the outstanding photographs you produced for our September 14th wedding on Waialae Beach plus the additional scenic photos at Makapuu Point Lookout. We valued your very professional, friendly, and personable manner from the start of our first email to the receipt of the DVD sent by Priority Mail.

Our relatives and friends have responded with wowing exclamation points after viewing the photos on the website and seeing the finished prints made from the DVD. I am so glad we requested the "guaranteed best photographer" on the Order Form. The variety of quality images from wide angle to special close-ups taken and produced in sequence, depicted a wonderful "flow" of the ceremony highlights.

We also recognized the skillful "team" handling our ceremony events through the fine coordination between you and Rev. Mike and Pete, the chauffeur. Your wonderful ability to work together helped make our wedding day the cherished and memorable event we had always hoped it would be.

I've enclosed an envelope for you to deliver to Rev. Mike at your earliest opportunity. It contains our special appreciation for his part in our ceremony. His selection of words, neat appearance and attire all added beautifully to our special day. Additionally, his tips for obtaining our certified marriage certificate helped us obtain copies very quickly.

We will certainly recommend your services to others who may be considering a wedding in Hawaii. Thank you again for your exceptionally fine service.
